A media kit is the page you send to an agency or a brand instead of a screenshot of your follower count. Yours lives at pulz.bio/your-username/m and pulls its numbers from your connected platforms, so it does not go stale between deals.
Turning it on
Open Media Kit under Pages in the sidebar and flip the toggle in the first card, then copy the link next to it. While the kit is off, visitors who open the link are sent to your normal page; you still see the kit yourself as a preview.
What the kit shows
- Theme - Your Theme, Light or Dark. Light and dark are there for when your page design is too loud for a pitch.
- Introduction - a Headline (80 characters), a Pitch (500) and an About you text (1200). The About you text replaces your page bio on the kit.
- Tags & Languages - up to 16 content tags and up to 10 languages. Tags are what a brand filters on, so "Brand-Safe" or "Family Friendly" earn their place next to "Gaming". Suggested tags sit under the input.
- Metrics - every number the kit can print, grouped into Reach, Content & Engagement, Live Performance, Kick Performance and Blocks, each with its own checkbox.
- Rate Card - optional, up to eight rows of label, price and billing unit (per hour, stream, video, post or month).
A metric whose checkbox is greyed out has no value yet - either that platform is not connected, or the data has not built up. Live Performance is your last 30 days and fills in from your next streams. The two Blocks are Top Categories and Top Clips.
How inquiries reach you
The kit ends in a Work With Me section with a Send Business Inquiry button, and each rate tile opens the same form with the format already written into the message. The identical button can sit on your main page, inside your business contact card or as its own link item.
Setting the form up
- In the Media Kit panel, check that Show the inquiry button on the media kit is ticked. It is on by default, in the Business Contact card.
- Check that Accept business inquiries is ticked too. Also on by default. This is the switch on the form itself: with it off, the button is pulled from your main page and your contact card, and the form stops accepting anything. The same checkbox sits at the top of the Inbox panel.
- Turn on Business Contact in the Brand panel. The Work With Me section only appears when this toggle and the media kit checkbox above are both on. The email, phone and address fields under it are separate from the form and are published as your contact card.
A sender has to give a name, a work email, a company, a company website and a message of at least 20 characters. The budget range is optional. Your own email address is never on the page, and the form is rate limited per sender and per creator so it cannot be used as a spam pipe.
The inbox
Inquiries land in Inbox under Business in the sidebar. Unread ones carry a dot, and the sidebar item carries one too while anything is unread. Click a row to open it, which also marks it read.
- Reply via Email opens your own mail client with the sender's address filled in - the conversation continues outside pulz.
- Visit Website opens the company site they gave, so you can check who is writing before you answer.
- Archive moves the inquiry to the Archived tab. Unarchive puts it back.
- The trash button deletes it permanently, together with the sender's contact details.
FAQ
Does the media kit have its own analytics?
No. Page views are counted on your main page at pulz.bio/your-username only, not on the media kit or the schedule page.
Can I hide a number I do not like?
Yes. Every metric has its own checkbox in the Metrics card, and unticking one removes that tile from the public kit.
Can someone get my email from the form?
No. The form posts the inquiry to your inbox; your address is never sent to the page. It only becomes visible if you publish it yourself under Business Contact in the Brand panel.
