Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using pulz.bio ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to consent to data processing, to use the Service.

2. Description of Service

pulz.bio provides a link-in-bio platform that allows users to create personalized profile pages, aggregate links to online content and services, and integrate with third-party services such as Twitch.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you. You must not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to create multiple accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright or trademark violations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or other deceptive practices
• Upload malicious content, malware, or any content that could harm users or systems
• Use scripts, bots, scraping tools, web crawlers, or any other automated means to access, download, extract, or collect content or information from public profile pages or any part of the Service

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you post through the Service. By posting content, you grant pulz.bio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and reproduce your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

6. Paid Plans and Subscriptions

pulz.bio offers paid subscription plans (Plus and Pro) with additional features. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, our third-party payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard; access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period. pulz.bio reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Refund requests may be handled by pulz.bio or LemonSqueezy depending on the payment channel.

7. Verification

pulz.bio may offer a verification badge or status to certain accounts at its sole discretion. Eligibility for verification is determined by pulz.bio and may require an active Pro plan. Purchasing a Pro plan does not guarantee verification. pulz.bio reserves the right to grant, deny, or revoke verification status at any time, with or without providing a reason. pulz.bio shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from the denial or revocation of verification, including but not limited to expectations based on subscription purchases.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Twitch, LemonSqueezy (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and image delivery), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (email delivery), and Supabase (data storage). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. pulz.bio is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services, including outages, API changes, or service discontinuation by third-party providers.

9. Twitch Disclaimer

pulz.bio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Twitch Interactive, Inc. or Amazon.com, Inc. Twitch, the Twitch logo, and related marks are trademarks of Twitch Interactive, Inc. The Twitch integration provided by pulz.bio is an independent feature that uses the publicly available Twitch API. pulz.bio makes no representations on behalf of Twitch.

10. Content Moderation and Termination

pulz.bio retains the right, at its sole discretion, to review, moderate, remove, or restrict any content, account, or feature usage that it deems to be in violation of these Terms, harmful, inappropriate, or otherwise objectionable. pulz.bio may suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, and with or without providing a reason. pulz.bio may also terminate accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your content and profile data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. pulz.bio does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pulz.bio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, liability for:

• Inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete information displayed on public profile pages, including data sourced from third-party APIs
• Any reliance on information displayed through the Service
• Denial or revocation of verification status
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
• Actions taken by third-party services integrated with pulz.bio

In no event shall pulz.bio's total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you to pulz.bio in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. If you have not made any payments, pulz.bio's total liability shall not exceed $10 USD.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes. Changes become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
